Is shipping extra? No. All of our published prices include FedEx Ground shipping to your door. When comparing prices, please be sure to calculate shipping costs in our competitor's price offering. Freight often adds 25 - 30% to your cost from these suppliers.

How fast will I receive my order? Orders that are received by 5:00 p.m. - Central time (M-F) ship the same business day. Orders received after 5:00 p.m. or on the weekend ship the next business day. Delivery time ranges from 1 to 4 business days depending upon your locations distance from our warehouse in Memphis, TN.

Can I have my order delivered O'night or 2nd Day? If you provide us with your FedEX shipping account information at the time of your order, and grant us permission to charge your expedited freight to your account, we can ship over night or 2nd Day.

How do I know if my order is on it way? Upon receipt of your order, you will immediately get an e-mail confirmation. You should expect to get a second email when your order ships. This second e-mail will include a link to FedEx Ground to track your order.

Can I order in less than a case quantity? In order to keep our costs as low as possible and pass them on to you the customer, we are only able to ship full cases.
